Vanwege het 100 jarig Jubileum van de FCI en de daarbij behorende grote Eurodogshow in Leeuwarden werden dit jaar alle rasverenigingen in de gelegenheid gesteld een extra Kampioenschapsclubmatch te organiseren. Uiteraard heeft de BMCN ook van deze gelegenheid gebruik gemaakt en organiseerde op donderdagavond 1 september, in het weekeinde van de EDS in Leeuwarden, haar 2e kampioenschapclubmatch van 2011.
Het aantal inschrijvingen lag net onder de 50, waarbij ruim de helft afkomstig was uit het buitenland. De inschrijvingen waren afkomstig uit Nederland, Denemarken, België, Bulgarije, Engeland, Rusland, Duitsland, Servië en Polen. Als organisator van dit evenement zijn wij trots op zo’n mooi internationaal deelnemersveld.
Voor de eerste keer in het bestaan van de BMCN werd de Kampioenschapsclubmatch binnen gehouden. Een mooie sporthal met alle benodigde faciliteiten in het Friese Ureterp bood onderdak aan dit speciale evenement. De BMCN had dhr. R. Khomazuridse uit Rusland, Molosser-specialist bij uitstek, bereid gevonden de keuringen te verrichten. De lokatie, de prijzentafel, de sponsors, de vrijwilligers, de ringmedewerkers, de keurmeester en niet in de laatste plaats de deelnemers zorgden voor een geslaagd evenement. Kortom; de BMCN heeft de kans om zich op internationaal niveau te presenteren volop benut.
De keuringen verliepen vlot en resoluut waarbij in tegenstelling tot de EDS wel keurrapporten werden geschreven. De keurmeester kwam tot de volgende winnaars:
